  1. PRICING

Promotional codes:

• Cannot ordinarily be combined unless expressly permitted
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• May be cancelled if obtained or used fraudulently

We may modify or withdraw a promotional offer before an order is placed.

  1. PERSONALISATION

Customers are responsible for reviewing the spelling, dates, names, messages, photographs, dimensions, and other information submitted for personalisation.

Once personalisation or production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Folktales will not be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information approved or supplied by the customer.

We reserve the right to decline personalisation requests containing unlawful, abusive, infringing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate material.

  1. GIFTING ORDERS

Customers placing gift orders are responsible for providing correct recipient information.

We cannot guarantee that a recipient will personally accept the package. Delivery to another person at the provided address, including household staff, security personnel, reception, office staff, or family members, may be considered valid delivery.

Gift messages may be reviewed to prevent unlawful, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate content.

  1. SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellation requests are governed by the respective policies published on the website. These policies form part of these Terms & Conditions.
